Low Emission
Along with increasing risks of climate change and pollution, lower emissions in various aspects and industries has become an important issue. Countries around the world also set the commitment of lower carbon emission, timeline and its implementation through the Nationally Determined Contributions(NDCs). Taiwan also actively reduce the emission in many perspectives like energy, transportation, construction, industrial and daily life.
Low emission is aiming for the mitigation of air pollution, greenhouse gases and lower energy consumption. ICLEI KCC held diverse events to explore alternatives in accelerating low-emission and sustainable actions to address these issues. These events serve as a platform for discussion on opportunities and challenges of low emission and for sharing experience, knowledge and case study.
