Yisheng has more than 10 years of professional experience on climate-adaptive urban design and resilient planning, with further academic training in international relations and communication. Her previous experience also include event curation, training facilitation, and international program coordination particularly in portfolios of resilient city, smart city, sustainable mobility and low-carbon urban development.

Huimin has many years of experience in international affairs at Kaohsiung city government, where she was engaged in implementation of projects and events of ICLEI, CDP and UCLG. She also has practical experience working with stakeholders on climate change adaptation.
