Asia Low-Emission Development Strategies Partnership, ALP
The aims of Asia Low Emission Development Strategies Partnership (ALP) is to foster a low-carbon and sustainability development. The partnership integrating the resources, share technology and engage in projects, to build a platform for exchange knowledge, cooperation, create business opportunities. For leading the Asia Pacific to a new low-carbon development path. These support the local to learn from peers and capable to break the obstacles.
In Taiwan, we are tackling the major challenges of transition from high-carbon energy to low-carbon energy and from high-carbon to low-carbon economic development. As the world's largest city network, the ICLEI continues to focus on the expanding low-emission city initiative via local actions around the world. At the same time, the Asia LEDS Partnership is also actively paving new paths to low-emission development in the region through multi-level stakeholder engagement.
