有鑑於新冠肺炎的全球蔓延，以及全球公共衛生風險持續增加，ICLEI 與德國波昂市將把2020年大膽城市，轉為全世界第一個，讓城市領導人能夠討論解決氣候變遷的最大線上集會。
2020年大膽城市活動日期拉長自10月7日至28日，將高階且具前瞻性的講者集合到線上平台，提供一系列富含資訊的工作坊與個人交流的機會。這三週以上的時間，我們將會以多種的虛擬形式、不同的時區、頻寬和與言討論多樣的主題，這個活動將汲取高層對話談判以替COP26、2021大膽城市與更多的會議立下方針。
